In 25 years the Soul Food kitchen and ethos hasn't changed much. All food is made fresh on the premises, except for the bread which is made by the organic bakery, Wildflour, around the corner in George Street. Wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free or vegan products are usually available.

Soul Food is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday. We are a licenced café and sell a range of organic and vegan wines and beers, as well as conventional varieties.

Our café is large and we are happy to accept group bookings. We can also provide catering for functions of any size (link to catering menu).
